A woman is taking her dog out of the barn to go into town, and she’s not the only one.
The story of the heart-wrenching rescue story of a cat has been picked up by the New York Times and ABC News, and it’s set to be broadcast on Sunday on Good Morning America.
The story was first posted on Sunday night by the ABC News affiliate in San Antonio, Texas.
The cat has a name of ‘Cindy’ and is named after her owner, whose name is unknown.
The rescue took place on April 10 when the cat wandered into the barn.
“The cat was very friendly and very docile,” the woman told ABC News.
“She was like a little cat with a big heart.”
The cat is a very smart and playful cat, so I took her for a walk.
It was really a great experience.
I wanted to make sure she knew the owner and I knew the owners name so she could be sure to come back home and be with me.
I did this for the entire week.
When the cat was brought home on Friday, April 13, the owner said she’d just moved from New Jersey to Austin.
She said she was taking a break from work and wanted to get some fresh air and the cat could play.
The cat has since been reunited with her owner.
